ew8bakandClaude Sonnet 4.6 81714d982e Reduce TOP_SMETER_GAP: hide VFO block only when S-meter is adjacent

Was 72px, causing VFO to disappear while there was still visible space
between it and the S-meter. Now 8px — just enough visual breathing room.
